Adorable and A Real Shoe for Kids
Excellent quality- truly the same quality as the adult Keen sandals. They are very easy for my 21 month old granddaughter to walk/run in. They are shaped like a foot and have arch support and cushioning. Not your average kids sandals at all.

These are extremely heavy when it comes to bigger toddler sizes such as 7 or 8. I wouldn’t recommend unless sandals been used for riding a balance bike or similar activities.

Great for Disney and vacation!
I had Keens for myself years ago and when it came time to buy shoes for my three girls for our vacation I decided on Keens! They are super comfortable, the sole of a tennis shoe and the top of a sandal. Better yet, the kids can put them on themselves! Hallelujah! My girls wear these almost daily! REI had them slightly cheaper and Nordstrom matched the price! Score!

Comfortable but stinky
My 18 month old looks comfortable in these and is not tripping as much as when he wears his natives. However, although I saw the reviews that these smelled bad, i didn’t expect him to have such stinky feet after 2 days. I haven’t had that problem with any other shoe. Still like them though.

Went with the Seacamp Instead
I actually ordered both the Newport and Seacamp (both in purple) to see which I preferred, (I couldn't decide between them based on the online reviews). The Seacamps came first and my daughter had to wear them right away, so we kept them. When the Newports came and we compared, I liked that the Seacamps are much lighter.
