Swimsuit quality

I bought swimsuits for my daughter last year at cotton on and was obsessed with the design but mostly with the quality and durability of it. This year though the material felt much cheaper and the elastic by the butt was saggy before even being used. Not sure if it was because it was from the girls section instead of baby. Love all the rest of cotton on stuff for my kids their quality is usually why i keep coming back!
