Beware of Land's End Return Policies!!
I purchased this item and it runs small. When I returned it, I received an email saying my return was declined. What?!? I called the number on the email that they gave for questions and the rep was clueless about Land's End return policies. First they said that the return would be accepted, and it wasn't. Then they said the pajama would be returned to me, and it wasn't. So Land's End didn't refund my $$ and kept the pajama I sent! (Isn't that stealing??) I couldn't believe it. (I love Nordstrom but after 30 minutes on the phone with them with this result is unacceptable.) Needless to say, I will never purchase anything again from Land's End on Nordstrom.com!
