Kids' Fun Ankle Strap Sandal

I purchased a size 1 (32 Eu) online and received a 29, way too small. I spoke with customer service, they were helpful with ordering the correct size. When I received the order, again, it was the wrong size 30 eu. My little one did try them on, while the length was too small, the width was a good size; however she stated they were uncomfortable. Both pair of sandals did have somewhat of a strong odor. This is the second issue/product I’ve had with ordering online within one week. I hope the warehouse or stores have room for improvement.
