Kids' Cotton Jersey T-Shirt

Tried to return a shirt I got but the stores won’t let you return online product even when they carry the exact same item in store. I tried to process a return online and you need to print the label instead of just showing a QR code. Not everyone has a printer. Most returns can be done via QR codes. Will not be purchasing online again.

This crew-neck tee fits exactly how a basic tee should. The shoulders line up, the fabric sits clean across the chest, and it keeps its shape without feeling tight. Simple, comfortable, and easy to wear. I’d get it again.

Ive bought these tshirts last year in many colors, so I bought a navy blue just recently for which I'm reviewing for. After washing according to the instructions and hanged dried the tshirt, i was trying to iron the tshirt but it was already shapless. All the stitching was now crooked just like if they had cut the fabric wrongly so the fabric gave in. I never had any issue but it appears the quality has gone down.

I am so disappointed in RalphLauren i did not get the items i have ordered and they would not process a refund or they didn't even try to resend the items
