Falling apart after 2 weeks wear

I am so disappointed in this shoe. This is the 3rd See Kai Run sneaker we’ve purchased and we loved the 1st 2. The quality was good and they lasted until he needed to size up. Three of the little metal rings around the holes for the laces came loose. Disappointed considering the price for kids shoes.
