poor fit and service
This sweater was extremely thin and did not fit properly. Also, I returned it but was never refunded. I reached out to customer support, and was told to call the store I returned it to. I ended up going in person, but was not assisted appropriately. I am usually happy with Nordstrom’s service, so was very disappointed with this recent experience.
