Bad service
We went to Nordstrom, and the cashier in the children's department provided terrible service—and this isn't the first time she’s acted this way. My children accidentally got a few drops of water on the shoes we were trying on; we then noticed a different color we wanted to ask for, but she spoke to us in a very loud voice, asking, "What are you going to do with *these*?" When my husband explained that we liked the other pair better, she tossed the box of the other shoes behind her. Her attitude was awful. It’s sad to see such a lack of understanding, especially from someone working in the children's department.
