The Curling Mascara

How to use: For professional application, use a tissue to blot the mascara brush. To get maximum curl, first curl your lashes then apply two generous coats of mascara, one right after the other, to your top lashes, wiggling the brush side to side then up and through the lash. For easier application to bottom lashes, hold the brush lengthwise as you're applying.
