Gorgeous but uncomfortable

This shoe is beautiful and I wanted to love it so bad. The back part of the shoe that meets the heel is a bit too stiff and was already causing irritation and pain by me trying them on. I wish the material was a bit softer - it would help. Unfortunately this will be a return for me.
