Harlow Necklace

I had been looking for a black stone necklace when I came across this particular design, my heart skipped a beat. It is absolutely gorgeous. If you love to show off your neck and shoulders this is a great accent for you! It is a bit heavy but wonderfully crafted. Thinking about getting the blue one as well....most likely I will.

I thought these would be glass as advertised. However, even though they are beautiful they are plastic of some sort. I returned because I do not believe plastic necklace is worth the price. If it had been around say $70, I would probably have kept them. They were nice and lite in weight, but plastic.

This necklace is very hit or miss depending on the stones you choose. I would HIGHLY recommending buying this one in person so you can take a good look at the color you are interested in. After looking around in the store I thought these colors looked like glossy plastic: Magenta, cobalt, teal, white, salmon. While black, slate, emerald and variations of natural stones like rose quartz and amethyst are lovely. I own the turquoise and am very happy with it minus the settings- I have noticed the stones can come loose but the prongs can easily be tightened up with some tweezers or jewelry pliers. Happy with the purchase but after living with it for a while I wont buy another one at full price.

I bought two of these, one in black and the other in the slate cat eye. Its hard to find a chunky statement necklace at times that looks classy, this will fit the bill. It looks great on, but the gems aren't real.... No suprise, this is in the description. Unfortunately this does take away from the necklace. The black looks better, it really depends on the color you choose. For instance the pink in the store looked like plastic. The colors I choose are a bit too fancy for jeans and a t-shirt, but these go nicely with a suit or dress.

I purchased this necklace in the goldstone/gold and liked it so well that I also ordered it in the onyx. This necklace is not over powering as some may think. I am petite and it looks great on me. The goldstone color is beautiful. I also purchased the matching earrings. Another hit for Kendra Scott!!
