Kelly Osbourne for M·A·C 'Bloody Brilliant' Eyeshadow Palette (Limited Edition)

Beautiful, beautiful quad of color. I ordered based on the online photos (a BIG risk with Mac that frequently backfires for me). So glad I did: they're gorgeous. Subtle, too, which is important for a fair-skinned 50+. Was a little afraid of Shadowy Lady, but it was surprisingly muted and natural-but-better. I could easily see taking this quad on trips, for two basic looks that would work with whatever I packed. Wishing the Fizzy Rose could somehow end up in the regular eyeshadow rotation. It's quite lovely and special.

I love this palette, the packaging is really cute but beyond just that the colors are really pretty. the only let down was what i believe to be the center piece color which is the lilac color. All the other colors are quite pigmented but sadly the light purple shade is just not pigmented at all. If you want the color to show up at all you'll need a primer and you'll have to build the color. Or you could just have a very dark color and the contrast would probably make the color show better, but by itself the lilac color was kind of a fail. On the bright side the other 3 colors are amazing. The white color is amazing, its very pigmented and creates the most amazing reflection and really pops on the eye. The muted tope/brown color is really great, not super pigmented but better than the lilac color. It creates a very nice base color and can work for any look beyond this quad. Finally the darkest color was no surprise, its very pigmented and its a very dark purple. Its a purple so dark its almost black. It created a very nice smokey eye. Overall the palette is great if the lilac color was more pigmented it would definitely be 5 out of 5.

I love this quad and the one they had for Sharon Osbourne. The colors are amazing and long lasting! You could wear this as an every day look and mix and match the shades, or go out on the town! The only thing I wish was different about this quad is for the shadows to have a softer texture.

I gave this 5 stars because the colors are lovely and the darkness of shades options are a nice mix. Love the lilac for lids, the muted brown is almost too light for the crease but works, the dark plum for liner and the pale platinum for highlight. Nice set of colors!

These colors are beautiful. You can achieve a day time look or build up the color for a smokey look. These go great with my dark hair and eyes.
