Great boots

I have been buying keens for years now
I have been buying keens for years now after 3 to 4 months of use they are falling apart I normally buy 2 to 3 pairs at a time after rotation of the boots they would last about 1 year now they only last about 3 to 4 months :cry:

Still have my Targhee II
Still have my Targhee II from years ago. They are work shoes now. Still my favorites. These fit and feel just like the original. Classic!

Ok boot
I get a new pair every year. The reason is, the bottom of the tread keeps coming unattached from the shoe itself. Out of 6 pairs, they have only replaced 1. I bite for with the composite toe. The tread last 3 times as long.

Best boot for me
These fit and feel better than any hiking boot I’ve ever had. I buy again when the old ones soles wear/ tear. Nothing compares.
Wish Keen made a low hiking shoe in the same design. They do make a slip on in it which is quite comfortable with high traction sole, but can’t be used for hiking.

This is my third pair
This is my third pair of keens. I buy them for work but usually wear them for casual for a couple of months before I start working in them. I love their fit and support. I'm hooked!

Can we just get rid of the strappy things?
The straps that lay across the side and then the ones that go around to the back of the heel are pointless. They get caught up on things when I'm walking and they are the first thing to get torn up. Otherwise it's a nice, light boot that is comfortable for all day hiking. I get new Keen's every year for work but I think I'll look for a model with an all leather upper next year.
