sandals fall apart after months of light usage
i got them end of last year, used them only lightly for a few months and the glue came off on the flap holding the shoe together. warranty case was denied. they said that the model was made in 2012 and they do not warrant that. i called them and was treated without respect in a condescending way. keen does not stand behind their products. even the rep on the phone said that the shoes look like new.
i recommend to buy other sandals instead. i own two pair of other products for almost ten years and they are still holding up and they even look like new. the other company stands behind their products offering lifelong warranty. i will never buy anything from this shady company in my life

My "go to" shoes from dawn-to-dusk!
I am on my (3rd) spring/summer season with these KEEN Newport Leather Sandals & just finished cleaning/conditioning the leather. I also took a lighter & burned all the frays, just to give my sandals a more clean appearance.
I wear my KEEN's for everyday wear & although I do wear other type shoes depending on occasion, I have found that my KEEN Newport sandals take me to more places/events during the spring/summer season's than any other pair of shoes I own!

seems to be lack of quality
Over the years I have had many styles of Keens. From H2O sandals to hiking boots & shoes. But over the past few years my sandal are not holding up to casual use. straps breaking, the back heal completely pulling out from sole. Again not from hard use! Please keen step up the design and quality. Thank you

My second pair
After several years of abuse, my first pair wore out. I searched for the same exact sandals and found the closest were these from Bean—just like my first pair. These feel right. Fit is correct and comfortable.

The best sandals ever made.
I bought these Keen sandals as backups to the pair I currently own and have used to travel the world for the past four years. If my present pair ever fall apart; which they haven’t yet, I didn’t want to wait for a replacement, because life doesn’t stop and wait for you to catch up. These sandals are so well made and durable that I have taken them way beyond what other sandals could handle. I mean climbing up mountain trails, through a jungle, through streams and white water rafting. I think that they are the best sandals ever made. Yeah !!!
