Katrina Lace Mesh Long Sleeve Gown

I’m totally obsessed with this dress. It’s soooo pretty while also being super comfortable and easy to move around in. I find House of CB to be generally very true to size and this dress fit *mostly* perfectly - it’s an XS regular cup and I am 5’8, 115 lbs, and wear a B cup - except for the shoulders were a tad big. That said, I have very small shoulders and this is usually the case for me, plus the dress looks just as cute when worn off the shoulder :) Definitely recommend!!

I ordered this dress for a wedding in June. The first order came in a bag. I somehow knew that was a red flag. Dress was torn on both sleeves. An ink mark on the bottom of the dress & zipper was un seen and torn in the middle. I then placed another order. Same way arrived in a bag. This one was the epic one. No tag on it that says specifically “if you remove this tag cannot return”. Talk about more red flags. Torn on the sleeve and wait for it. The worst BO especially underarm smell I almost barfed. Went running to Nordstrom and explained the problem to customer service and a manager. They were super embarrassed needless to say. I also called customer service on line to explain. But they really didn’t do anything or offer anything. I’m mortified that Nordstrom has this kind of merchandise sold and do not even check the apparel before shipping to a customer. I proceeded to order it directly from CB on line, got the color & size I wanted in intact condition.
