Clare went out of her way
I love this necklace. I received it as a gift and it was in yellow gold which I don't wear. I brought it in to my Nordie's in Oak Park Mall and Clare C. took very good care of me. There wasn't a silver one in the store so she ordered it to be shipped to me. Every little hitch (different taxes, etc.), she handled so smoothly. What a pro.
Nordstrom's customer service is second-to-none. Thanks for doing it right.

Disappointed Grandma!
After only nine months my silver necklace has black pits that won’t polish out on both sides. It is my grand daughter’s initial and I wanted it to last forever. Nordstrom’s excellent customer service has offered for me to return it for a full refund. That is why I shop with them! Thanks!

Adorable, But Color Fades
I was extremely pleased with this necklace when it first arrived and have been wearing it regularly for the last three months. However, I just started looking at it closer and noticed the silver color is starting to rub off. There's a bunch of tiny scratches on the back with a copper color showing through, and then most of the silver has worn off on the back of the ring attaching the pendant to the chain. The ring especially looks awful now, and since only three months have passed I'm assuming it will continue to get worse. I've had other silver pendants I've worn for years without this happening. Very sad!

Would have been perfect...but....
This pendant is really pretty and the perfect size. However, I bought one for each of my boys initials. I had planned to put them all together on one necklace. The pendants don't come off the chain though because the clasp is way bigger than the ring that the pendant is on. Bummer! I was really disappointed. I didn't want to have to wear 3 necklaces, so I ended up returning them :(

Actual Size Not Shown
My wife and I both loved the picture in the catalogue. We ordered her one immediately, only to find that the "actual" pendant was so small that you couldn't read "one in a million" without a magnifier. If the actual medallion was the size depicted, it would have been great. I returned the item due to its small size - after checking the catalogue to make sure I didn't miss any mention of "actual size not shown." A bit deceptive...
-But on a positive note: Delivery of the order was speedy and FREE!

I like it, but there's one little thing...
Because my initial is "L," and the disk is very thin and flat, it's been mistaken by others as a size sticker I accidentally left on!!

cute necklace, wish it was real silver
Really cute necklace. I like the adjustable chain and the fact that it's a small enough pendant. Also, I liked the cute detail on the chain (mini crystal on the adjustable chain part). However, for the money, I was really hoping that it was real silver. I was looking for the 925 and it was nowhere to be found.
