on the go medium crossbody bag

This bag is gorgeous and spacious. Love the inside and outside zipper pocket! When I was initially looking to purchase the bag, I had some concerns about the durability of the strap. It checked all my other boxes in a bag, so I decided to give it a try. I had this bag for just over a month and the strap broke. I didn’t carry much in the bag, necessities that weighed less than a pound. Hopefully my issue was just a defect. If I don’t find another bag, I may give this one another try.

I was excited to purchase this great looking crossbody bag to replace a similar bag. Unfortunately, the rivet the connects the strap to the loop on the bag broke after five days of use. I assumed it was a rare defect, returned the bag and purchased another. To my disappointment, the same thing happened again. This time, the rivets holding the strap to the bag on both sides gave out simultaneously after three days of use and I was left carrying the bag in my hands.
