As practical as it is beautiful

Truly fits all essentials: phone, keys, wallet, sunglasses (even in a hard shell), and with the bonus pockets, you can even squeeze in lip stuff and tissues, if need be. Great looking with that compromising function. I am a subway commuter in New York City, and a mother of three. I am always schlepping, and always need to be hands-free. I hatecompromising on looks. Truly the most perfect bag I’ve ever had. I bought it in two colors.

mislead

I ordered this bag as a birthday gift. It took longer than expected to arrive and when it arrived it was missing a strap. The item is now sold out and I do not have a gift for my niece. When I called the customer service desk to help find a similar product for the same price they couldn’t find anything. Luckily Macy’s was able to assist. This is the second disappointment in a week. I ordered a hair product that has been out for delivery since November 8th.
