Simplicty at its best!
I was given this watch (silver toned) by my husband for mother's day and I absolutely love it! I love the big face and the pink Kate Spade logo. Its a very simple watch yet very elegant. Definitely worth every penny! I really want the gold toned watch now. :)

Had to get it replaced
I ordered the watch less than a year ago and it was beautiful. I loved it.
But after about four months, the clasp became loose and the watch wouldn't stay on. I had it repaired at a shop at the mall for $10. Not that big of a problem.
However, five months later, I had the watch in just a few inches of water for minutes and condensation started to form on the inside within hours. The sealant on the watch is clearly shoddy.
Although Kate Spade does not do repairs through Nordstrom, they will be sending me a new watch since it's been under a year. The customer service on the part of the store has been decent, but I will not be purchasing another Kate Spade watch again. I'd rather spend the extra bucks on a watch that I know has better craftsmanship.

Great watch
Great watch - rattles a little when you wear it loose. Was also a little upset because I took it into the store to be sized and didn't have my receipt with me. The woman wasn't going to help me until I thought of showing her my email confirmation for the order proving I bought it there. While she removed the links she proceeded to repeat multiple times how I should always keep my receipts from Nordstrom and keep them with me. Was a little annoying. Other than that my experience was great and I love the watch! It's classic but the pink spade and second hand add a touch of cute and fun!

Doesn't stay on!!
This watch is so pretty and simple, but it doesn't stay on!! I've gone through two already (thank god nordstrom replaces shoddy merchandise), and within the first
week, the watch would not stay on! It has something to do with the snap closure and very poor design/craftsmanship. Next time I go to Nordstrom, I will probably exchange this watch for a Michael kors.

Looks Better Online
I bought this watch thinking it would be up to the standards of my MK from a few years ago. The gold coloring is cheaply done and there is a piece of dirt floating around in the watch face. Super frustrating.

KS watch
I love the look of this watch, it's absolutely gorgeous! Fits well. My only concern is that I've had it less than a week and the gold part of the wrist band is already scratching off to show a silvery color. I'm very careful with it so i'm not sure what caused this but otherwise I love it!
