What it is: A fine-misting aerosol makeup setting spray that delivers broad-spectrum SPF 50 sunscreen protection.

Who it's for: Ideal for those with normal, dry, combination and oily skin types.

What it does: This spray is designed to be applied throughout the day on top of your makeup without disruption. It dries down quickly to instantly set makeup, reduce shine and provide a matte finish plus a soft-focus effect while delivering see-through broad-spectrum protection. Hyaluronic acid provides lightweight hydration while light-diffusing silicone powder blurs and softens the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

How to use: Shake well. Avoid spraying on or around the eye area. Make sure to close your mouth prior to spraying. Hold the can 8–10 inches from your face and spray in a clockwise motion. Do not apply in windy conditions, and use in a well-ventilated area. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating, and reapply every two hours.

Convenient and easy to use
Really works. Just spray on your face and the sun doesn't seem to get in. It is a little shiny/slippery though. Recommend covering your top/clothes to avoid getting white sprinkles on them. Works over makeup, but I understand from the active ingredients you are supposed to use it on naked skin.

HORRIBLE!!!
awful, awful, awful scent. like chokes you out type of scent. then it leaves a gross film on your face and sticks to all your baby hairs, leaving your makeup looking worse than before you sprayed. supergoop! makeup setting spray spf 40 is SOOOOO much better. DO NOT BUY KATE SOMERVILLE

Ok for the beach, not for full-face days
I was looking for a setting spray with spf that wouldn’t leave a shiny/greasy finish. This was recommended to me, and while it started off relatively matte, an hour later I was oily (not dewy). This would be perfect for a light makeup look or a beach day, but not for full-face makeup looks

Not good!
I tried this over my makeup and it’s just not good. It has a VERY strong scent. It also has a very tacky feel. I didn’t apply a lot. It says to avoid eyes. I closed my eyes very tight and sprayed as much as I could away from my eyes and after a few minutes my eyes were burning. I don’t have sensitivity to products. This product is not good. I will stick with my matte cream sunscreen. Only purchased this to save time and use sunscreen at the end of my makeup routine. It just didn’t work for me.

Didn’t really like this. I have sensitive skin and it leaves some irritation each time I’ve used it. It is hard to apply without “getting near eyes”. It’s hard to tell if you have seen it enough because you can’t see it. Didn’t really work for me.

Not a fan of the smell
I really wanted this to work bc it’s hard to reapply sunscreen when you have makeup on but I just can’t get passed the smell. It has a lavender smell that lingers all day long. It also made my face look oily when it’s supposed to be matte.
