Nourish Daily Moisturizer

This is truly one of the nicest moisturizers I've tried. It sinks in and does immediately hydrate and plump the surface of the skin, making it look super smooth and glowy. This is also one of the most frustrating examples of marketing innovation over practicality. This looks like a regular jar, but it has a closed lid on it which acts as a pump. The idea is that you gently press the top (let's call it an inner lid) of the jar and the product dispenses from a small hole. It's a similar idea to those alcohol dispensers that you press and the liquid floods to the top of the dispenser. I realize the idea is to keep the product clean and sanitary, but it's irritating because if the pressure isn't juuuust right, the product can either not emerge at all, or it can come out in a (very expensive and wasteful) jet that shoots across the room or onto your outfit. It seems like a regular pump or a regular jar would have been a better choice than having to do a daily battle with a jar just to get the right amount of product out. I may have a defective jar, nobody seems to have mentioned how irritating this is. Bottom line: I'm enjoying the product. When I can dispense it efficiently.

I have used this over the years and still keep coming back to it. Pros: It does the job, not too heavy and not too light. I have tried others and ultimately come back to this one. Cons: It's expensive and they don't give you much product. The blue JAR is designed to look like there's a lot in it. There isn't. If you take the jar apart you will see that is only a shallow bowl of product. Way too little for the price.

This lotion is lightweight and has a slight citrus clean smell. I really like the application method where you push down the top and the lotion comes out a small hole at the top. That way you are not putting your fingers into an open jar. I really love the Nourish Face Spray, but this lotion did not work for my dry skin. This lotion is more for people who have normal skin to combination skin. If you have mature and/or dry skin I would not recommend this lotion.

Wanted to love this product after reading all the great reviews, but this moisturizer made me break out all over my face and neck. Not only did I have tons of little bumps on my whole face, it was also itchy and quite horrifying to look at. I guess there is a certain ingredient that I am allergic to, which is surprising since I've tried a number of products in the past and have never had this kind of reaction to anything. Hope this doesn't happen to any other customers!

I didn't read the information properly and when I bought this, I thought it was simply a lightweight moisturizer, but not that it was oil-free, which it is. Oops. My very sensitive and dry skin needs moisture and oils in particular are very helpful in keeping my skin balanced and as desensitized as possible. That said, this is a very nice moisturizer. It feels like a splash of cool milk on my face on a hot day. And it soaks in quickly. It smells great. I just need to top it off with the Dilo Oil to keep some moisture in! So for someone looking for a lightweight moisturizer, this one is for you! If you need something a bit heavier or with oil, top this off with a drop or two of Dilo Oil, or use one of Kate's other moisturizers instead. Don't forget to wear sunscreen!!

This moisturizer is good but it really dries fast so you have to make sure you work it in really fast. I assume it's because it's absorbing quickly as stated. I am a newby to Kate somerville and so far I really love her products. The line is very very expensive but if you have to dish out money for products.....Id say that this line is worth your money. For reference, I am very very oily but this product works well for me.
