Poor shipping
The jacket feels amazing and seems to run true to size. My gripe is how Nordstroms mailed it - they sent this $2,000 jacket literally waded up in just plastic in a box. They didn’t bother to put it in a garment bag or much protection from the box. What a travesty! You would think they could pack it nicely and at the very least at a cheap garment bag so when it’s hung up, I can keep dust off of it. I purchased a less expensive jacket in the store and they took care to put in a garment bag and on a hanger. Very very disappointing that someone just wadded up this expensive jacket and threw into a small box. Wow..

I paid more than fifteenth hundred & it was sent in a cheap plastic bag. It was also wrinkled. am not happy with the condition that the coat came in.
