Disappointed

This is a very pretty top..the flower are lovely and I really like the colors. Also it is long and wide enough to fit over pants. Sadly the fabric around the neckline is way too thick and my daughter tells me it looks like I was wearing a smock...not flattering. No problems with quality the fabric is nice and it is well made. Just would look better on a taller person.
