The desert comes to life, inviting you to an oasis of nourishment and vigor. A muddled libation of chilled wild watermelon, crisp cucumber, and bailan melon intermingle with a lounging sprig of holy basil, exalted to perfection with a dash of white cardamom and pressed lime zest.

I love Voluspa candles, and I’ve purchased this Kalahari Watermelon Candle Duo a year ago, so when I saw this come up, I wanted it, especially that I had a gift card to use. I bought it as I was putting together a box of stuff for my niece including gifts I bought from Paris for her birthday. I opened the box to check it was intact as I didn’t check it when it was delivered and was shocked to see what’s inside, see pictures attached. This is the first time ever in my years ordering at Nordstrom that this ever happened to me, not sure if it’s due to poor handling in delivery or returned this way? Thank goodness Nordstrom has the best return policy. Regardless, obviously I can’t include this in the gift box I’m sending my niece, returning for sure!

Waterlicious candles!!
I actually don’t mind the scent, smells like watermelon! Cute packaging and a great deal on the sale if you can get it in stock! Took one star off because it could have been packed better and the candles had leaked and melted in the box but thank goodness they were still usable! Great mini sizes too!
