Body Lotion

This body lotion is fantastic. The smell and consistency are incredible. One problem—Nordstrom shipped a damaged product. There is no way it was damaged in the shipment because it was wrapped in paper. This is like a black grease smudged on that will not come off. You wouldn’t see this product looking this way sitting on the grocery store shelves. Yet someone at Nordstrom chose to package this and mail this to a customer. This is ridiculous. This is Nordstrom and this is an expensive lotion. These kinds of things never used to happen with this store. I’ve seen other reviews of used items being shipped to people. Where is the excellence this store used to hold to? I hope they figure it out. This is very disappointing. As a long time Nordstrom customer, I have higher expectations.
