Perfect All Around Bag
Love the Onyx Collection! Purchased this bag as we are expecting in August and love the versatility of it. Purchased the Black Out cause you cant go wrong with classic black and the stripe interior is a great contrast. Very convenient that it can convert to a backpack for no worry carrying when needed. Was able to pack everything we needed for the hospital and still have room! Have a feeling this bag will be perfect for us! The construction and quality is great.

Zipper Quality Poot
We’ve owned many of these BFF diaper bags. We noticed that this and any made with this material seem to have terrible zippers. Ours broke within a week. Now that we switched for the smoother material (like Harry Potter) it’s been better. However the zipper quality on these bags in general seems to have gone hill.

Love it
The Ju ju be bag is great! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I got the "black out" in the onyx collection. It was ordered online and when I saw it in person, it looked like a lap top briefcase to me. Way too serious of a look for a diaper bag in my opinion. Nordstrom has an awesome return/exchange policy. I went with the coastal collection and I'm super happy with my purchase. Can't wait to start using in in September when baby arrives.

Diaper Bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am using this bag as a diaper bag, my friend had one when she had a baby and i fell in love with hers so I decided my next kid I would also get a JuJuBe bag. Her bag was alotr bigger, while this one seems smaller- yet still functional for what I need it to be. I do really like the shoulder straps and how they are comfortable and how i can change the straps to fit the type of bag I need. I do wish it was slightly bigger though

Great bag
