What it is: A complex, multifaceted fragrance with a 40% concentration that captures the essence of sophistication and the beauty of both East and West.

Fragrance story: This woody, chypre extrait takes the sumptuous, extravagant fragrance of Jubilation XXV and ages it for ten weeks at 40% concentration to become even more complex and multifaceted.

Style: Woody and aromatic

- Top: blackberry, blackcurrant, rosemary, labdanum, orange, davana

- Middle: scotch broom, frankincense, cinnamon, clove, Bay St. Thomas, rose, celery seeds

I'll never do business with Nordstrom again
My wife purchased this fragrance for me for Christmas, and Nordstrom shipped an empty box without the fragrance to her. When she called to get her money back Nordstrom refused to help or refund her money. Everything was perfectly documents too. My wife took pictures of the box exactly as it came from Nordstom and attached those to the emails sent requesting a refund. I've spent 10s of thousands of dollars with this company but will never do business with them under any circumstances again. The idea that Nordrom could ship an empty box to someone after paying $560.00 for a fragrance and then basically call my wife a liar is infuriating to me.

Can’t say what the fragrance smells like
I honestly don’t know what this fragrance smells like because I ordered it along with a gift box and all that was sent to me in the mail was the gift box, no fragrance was there. After many calls and emails, Nordstrom refused to issue me a replacement or refund for the $500 bottle of fragrance.

Have never had a bad experience with Nordstrom. Empty boxes? Doesn’t sound like the kind of business a company like this does. No quality checks, just a lone-line employee sending empty boxes… check the box again I’d say.

A bubble of luxury.
Amouage makes STRONG COMPLEX FRAGRANCES. All of them are interesting and arresting. Jubilation 40 is one of the best. Smells like a celebration at a fine restaurant with a commanding view. Seriously an amazing fragrance. A commitment. A Bubble of Luxury. A cross cultural cosmopolitan experience.
