Great all purpose classic low pump
I got the red (image on line is accurate). It is a bright blue red with slightly dark shadows. This allows it to work with a pretty wide range of reds to some burgundy tones (won't work well with an orange red). The long throat/vamp is very good for my shape foot (a narrow to average heel and a medium to slightly wide ball of foot). I find J Renee shoes to be a bit narrower than other brands which he helpful with the narrow heel. The 9W fit fine. With most shoes the W is too wide at heel and can't keep the shoe on.

A nice shoe but a bad fit
a very nice looking shoe but a terrible fit...I tried a 9 Wide and a 9.5 wide both were too tight to wear...there was no difference in the fit between the 9 and the 9.5...

Fake Leather
Cons: This shoe would be much better if it was made from real leather. The imitation crocodile looks cheap around the edges, and the shoe is stiff and not that comfortable. The fake leather is shiny, which some people may like, but it makes it look too dressy for my needs. Pros: The style is classic, which is hard to find. There is some nice upscale detail, such as the gold heel band and curved top edge.

Tight toe box
The V-neck vamp and gold accent heel piece provided attractive, subtle style touches. Small chunky heel had style and would be great for walking, but the toe box wasn't roomy enough. The ribbed sole was a welcome addition, so no loud noise on paved streets or scuff marks on hardwood floors. Neutral taupe leather would work well for most outfits. I wanted to love these, but the toe box was just too tight and uncomfortable. Sadly, they were returned.

Too small for my wide feet.
I have very wide and sensitive feet, so take this review with a grain of salt - your mileage may vary. I ordered a 1/2 size up, because these did not come in XXW, but they were way too small. I could not even try them on. Very pretty, and a great versatile nude color. Disappointed, but I had to send them back. Thanks, Nordstrom for your great return service.
