Don't go for custom text

I received the bracelet customized with something completely different from what I had requested. I had requested my son's name, and instead got a random girl's name, all the letters were different. It was a hassle to return since the item is marked as 'final sale' because of the customization, and the order confirmation doesn't display the custom text you chose. Such a waste of time! At least make sure order confirmations have all the details to avoid running into this type of situation!

great gift

I bought a couple of these with custom text to read "grandma". I used them to surprise my mom and MIL on Mother's Day that I was pregnant with my first child/first grandchild in the family. It was really cute, and fit nicely in a greeting card.
