A little confused & 3rd party vendors?
1. The box was a bit beat up when it arrived. 2. Ordered: 8.5, the box lists them as 39, fair enough. A little wide & too short. 3. I didn't notice the big ol Macy's return label stuck on top of the box until after I tried them. The Macy's tag says return submitted 24 May 25; return by 27 Oct 25 for full credit. I double checked, sure enough, I bought them from Nordstrom. I'll try returning through N; if it does't work, guess I can always try returning them to Macy's?4. I realize Nordstrom is doing more 3rd party sales (shipping label: Forever and Aways Shoes). I think the quality of that third party is leading to the degradation of the shopping experience.

Nice vegan penny loafer.
This shoe is really quite nice, especially at the sale price. The vegan patent leather is shiny but not overly glossy, the platform is modest not too chunky and they fit true to size. The only complaint I could have is that the penny strap is lacking proper detail and quality but regardless I would recommend this shoe. Also, shipping was prompt, no issues with that.
