No instructions
I feel this product came to us used and when putting it together the wood wood cracked so now that part is nolonger any good. And the small screws do not go all the way in so now I am having to put felt over them. And the seat is all scratched up like the person that sent it back bought it for a cat!! And by the way I was expecting a new one!!😢

Underwhelming
We bought this a few weeks ago and it is incredibly underwhelming. We got it specifically because it has a canopy that zips up so that you can bring it outside with the baby but then realized you need to plug it in. It only swings side to side and it barely works - it swings to one side harder so it is constantly tilted. It has 5 settings but might as well be one setting because once you put baby in it, level 5 is about the only one that swings. Giving it 3 stars because if we put the baby in it when shes already asleep, she’ll stay asleep for maybe 20 more minutes which gives me time to get a few things done.
