Shoe size issue
I purchased two pairs of Johnston Murphy shoes a few years ago (size 9.5 M) and ordered a new pair last month (same size). I received the new pair and could not wear them. The new pair was TOO Small (even though all 3 pairs were 9.5 M size). I sent them back and bought a pair of Florsheim from a brick and mortar store that fit perfectly (size 9.5M).
I am very happy with customer service but am leary about ordering more shoes online.

Great, affordable option to wear with a tux/ black suit for formal occasions
These shoes are a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a balance of style, comfort, and affordability. They offer a sleek, polished look that outshines other brands I’ve tried and are incredibly comfortable for long wear. While creasing after some spirited dancing on a wedding night is to be expected, it adds a bit of character rather than detracting from their quality. The soles might not provide the best grip, but for indoor use, this is hardly an issue. Overall, a great pair of shoes that deliver excellent value and style.

Comfort and Style
This is one of the few dress shoes I’ve tried where I love the look and the feel. They are definitely comfort-driven with the memory foam sole. Like most leather shoes, they will also stretch a tiny bit and become more comfortable with wear.
