The Velvet Tony Turtleneck Top

So the fit is good, and the top is cute. It's also well-made, which is good, because if you have an even average-sized head you're going to be pushing the neck of this top to the absolute limit to get it on (makeup certainly wouldn't have survived if I'd been wearing any). It's abundantly clear that this top should have come with a zipper. All that said, the top looks good on, even if the neck is on the snug side.
