Well made, a bit baggy.

Joe's makes great stuff, these pants are very comfortable, well made, but rather baggy. The material and construction are on the heavier side, feels like they will last a long time. Also, I have a 31-32" waist and purchased size small, they are falling off half the time. I recommend, but wish they were a bit more fitted.
