Chriselle x J.O.A. Wide Leg Jumpsuit

I so wanted to keep this! I had my outfit all planned but so disappointed with the fit. I know it says it runs big but no! It runs big from the top and small on the bottom. I’m 5,4” - 120lbs - bra size 34A, (ordered the Small, im usually a small or XS) the top and straps were so big, yet my hip and inner thigh was like tight! I actually would recommend sizing up since the straps are easier to fix than the bottom part.

The construction and details of this jumpsuit are what make it so appealing to me. I love the canvas/linen texture to the fabric, but most of all I love the buttons and detailing of the straps. These details make this a unique staple for the upcoming months. The only reason I gave it four stars is because although the straps have 3 slits to make them adjustable I feel like they could have done with one or two more. The slits are so subtle that I don't think it would have hurt to add a few more to accommodate more fits. Overall, I feel this is a cute spring outfit and suitable for work if you throw a white T underneath for coverage.

These are beautifully made and fabricated, however this is not a piece meant for all sizes. The fit is way off and looks dumpy and unflattering on my 5 ft2, size 8 frame. I easily looked 20 pounds heavier. It pains me, because I so wanted these to work. This is not a collection that looks great on all sizes. It definitely translate better to slim and tall.
