Poor shipping
This is a beautiful hat. I just can't understand why an employee would stuff it in a bag that was too small. Do better Nordstrom.

packaging mess up
this hat was gorgeous in store, but nordstrom sent it completely bent up. it was packaged in a box to small and the hat will not form back. such a shame.

Poor Packaging
Can’t speak about the quality of the actual product, as I cannot wear it. This review is strictly based off of Nordstrom’s complete lack of care when packaging & shipping this item. It was shoved into a bag and box that was too small, bending the brim which is intended to lay flat. Completely disappointed.

Love Brixton
Love this hat!!! I have a couple of the Joanna’s, I thought I should try something new. Sadly will be returning, the packaging was too small and bent the brim. Otherwise would have been five stars.

Perfect Staple
