Pomegranate Noir Cologne

I discovered Pomegranate Noir via a sample with another purchase. I am in my 60s, and I gave up fragrances many years ago simply because I could never find anything I liked. I have a keen sense of smell, and I cannot tolerate anything flowery or sticky sweet, as many women's fragrances are. I do not like overly spicy scents, or anything too citrus-y. I have always preferred men's fragrances to women's, so I have tried a couple of unisex fragrances, but quickly grew tired of them. When I tried the sample, I could not believe it. I loved it. I figured it wouldn't last, so a few days later, I tried it again. I continued until the sample was gone. I was totally mesmerized with this fragrance, and could not wait to order it. I adore it, and can see myself wearing it for the rest of my life (so do not discontinue it!!) There is a warm, slight spice undertone, and the smell of woods, but really, it is hard to describe it and do it justice. It is that complex. I adore it. Thank you, Nordstroms, for sending that sample. This wonderful, sophisticated fragrance is now my signature scent.
