I almost fainted with happiness when I saw that Jo Malone was bringing back Poppy and Barley as a permanent scent! I purchased it last year when it was a limited edition and was just about to run out. I was actually stressing about how I was going to get more because it quickly became almost a Signature scent for me. You guys, it smells SO GOOD. Like, I can’t even describe how yummy it is. Feminine but not sweet. Sexy but not musky. Substantial but not heavy. And it LASTS. I love all my Jo’s but find that some of them take on a completely different profile when they dry down. Not this one- it smells exactly the same 8 hours later as it did when you put it on. You will get compliments every single time you wear it, I promise. Get the big bottle- you won’t regret it!

This smelled so good and fresh but I got a headache. Sadly I returned it. For reference I'm sensitive to smells.

Summer nights in NYC
Came in looking for a different scent but was suggested to try this based of what I was explaining to Nella Kovacevic at Oakbrook (who is absolutely amazing go see her) its amazing how someone can read your mind upon describing some notes! Anyway back to the fragrance - I absolutely love it. It’s sexy, clean, edgy, and a summer New York night.

Jo Never Disappoints!
I am very partial to Jo Malone fragrances and have been true to the brand for a long time. For the past few years I have been sticking to my tried and true favorites. This scent is my absolute new favorite. It is so fresh, not overbearing and has a unique scent. Have received many compliments!

Heavenly Sophisticated Scent
This is by far my favorite Jo Malone Scent. Floral scents usually immediately give me headaches but not this one!! The floral notes are subtle and not overpowering plus the barley gives it a beautiful/addicting woodsy and musky scent at the same time. It’s darling!!

Love this scent but my husband does not
I absolutely love this scent. I think it is fresh and sexy and unique. However, my husband hates the smell of this particular fragrance. He thinks it has a musky/urine tinge, and because I love him I won’t wear this one. BUT I still love this smell and just because it smells like that on me/to him doesn’t mean it will smell like that one everyone. You should def give it a try!!!
