Expensive but worth it
I tried to spend less by ordering another highly rated, but less costly infuser. After realizing the smell in my home was simply cloying not clean smelling with the other infuser, I returned it to Nordstrom. I knew from experience with JoMalone fragrance and candles, that her scents were fresh, clean and never cloying. I bit the bullet and ordered. My home now smells simply wonderful. Not overpowering or sickly sweet but simply fresh. I guess I should have started with the best from the start.

The glass jar ate into the paint of my dresser
Decided to splurge & buy this! Love the scent but felt my room was too big for it. Tried moving it & the jar was stuck to the dresser. When I finally got it off it had eaten right through the paint.

Not as repesented
I have bought Jo Malone diffusers directly from Jo Malone several times. I opted to buy from Nordstrom this time. Instead of packing as described and represented on Nordstroms website, they jammed two diffusers into one box and packed the reeds separately. Impossible to give as hostess gifts.

I love all Jo Malone. This makes my bedroom smell amazing. If they were not so pricey, I would have one in every room. Although it does last like 5 months. Issues with ordering online though. Didn't include the reeds. Tried to get them to send the reeds and they wanted me to return the whole item and then reship. Umm, no. That's why I ordered a product I already know about online-I avoid going to the store or having the deal with returns, etc

Love Joe Malone
I have just discovered Joe Malone. Finally found a cologne & body cream I absolutely love on me! I had to try a couple of times. While I was at the counter, I smelled some of the room diffusers. Absolutely love Lime Basil & Mandarin. I have an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in my kitchen-family room area. I can't believe how well Joe Malone home fragrance is dispersed from this diffuser. Every time I walk in the house, it is the first thing I smell. I love it! After you are in the room for awhile, you don't smell it as much because you get accustomed to it, but I know when friends come over to my house, it will be the first thing they smell instead of last nights dinner.

Previously excellent, now crap
I have been buying Jo Malone diffusers for years - for myself and to give as gifts. They were always wonderful. I just ordered another one for myself and it hardly has any scent at all. The product went from excellent to embarrassingly bad. It is maybe suitable for a small bathroom if you use all 10 reeds. The scent cannot be used in a larger space. The quality has gotten pathetic.
