I am giving this product 5 stars, however when I went to pick up my order it was not wrapped or boxed… and I can ALWAYS count on Jo Mallon to be perfectly wrapped and boxed… and of all the times for it to fail me, I was on my way to a birthday brunch and this was going to be a little gift. I ended up not being able to give it to my friend because this is not at all how you give Jo Mallon… I was so disappointed. Now I have to go back to the store to get it wrapped. I am a mother of 3 I just don’t have time to make extra stops like this….
