Flowingly Beautiful
I purchased this and wore it in mid-April. It was flowy and perfect for spring. I could have sized down but did not want to waste time on sending back and waiting on return. The belt that came with it, I used to control just how much bigger it was by keeping it tied in the back. Pockets would have made this even better. I love the duster!
