Epic Sport ANC 3 True Wireless Earbuds

I had these headphones for just about a year and the left bud speaker stopped working. The touch controls work but there is no audio coming from the left earbud. I used them maybe 1-2 hours per day depending on the day and not even everyday. This is my first pair of earbuds that go over the ear like that so maybe I just wasn't used to the fit but even after a year I could't get used to them; I would constantly have to readjust their placement and tried each rubber ear piece multiple times. Also the over the ear design is not really conducive or compatible if you want to wear a hat or have longer hair that covers your ears.
