not the same dress

The picture shows a royal blue dress that is a solid color and made out of a light weight material… the dress that arrived is not the same one pictured AND it arrived without a scarf. It is a complete different material than the one pictured and looks horrendously cheap and heavy.

deceptive material

Did not come as pictured at all. This dress is not chiffon, more like polyester. Looks like someone turned basketball shorts into a dress
