Poor heel design

I was SO excited to get this shoe, and it is super cute! However, the strap is too big for the shoe and it won't stay on at all. Given there's no way to tighten the strap it makes the shoe impossible to wear. So disappointed!

Love!

I did not have the heel strap issues the other reviews noted. I usually wear 8-8.5 and the 8M fits perfectly. If you go too large, you'll have issues with the heel strap staying put. Beautiful shoe and happy to grab it on sale!

Beautiful

These shoes are so pretty, but I agree the strap does not stay on. I wear 9-9.5. I bought the 9 and the strap still comes off. Have to return them unfortunately.
