uncomfortable and slide off

These slippers are so uncomfortable to wear as they slip off while wearing them around home despite being snug while standing. Only wore once. Wish I could return these alas they’re sold through the marketplace instead of Nordstrom proper and say they can only be returned with tags attached — how are you supposed to try them on then?? Will be going back to my parachute slippers but bummed that I spent $20 on these when they feel like cheap drugstore slippers.

These are really soft, cozy slippers. However, the size convertor I used to determine whether to order M,L, or XL incorrectly indicated an XL, which is too big.
