Received a used dress

Just received an obviously used dress. There were very few shown remaining so buyer beware you are likely receiving a used item. This dress reeked of perfume and arrived wrinkled and fabric appeared saggy in the mid chest area. It would've been a cute dress otherwise but I'm returning and buying from another retailer.
