Unacceptable Packaging
The earrings are nice, but one arrived with one non-matching back that doesn’t support the weight of the earring so I’ll be returning. The earrings also arrived loose in a Nordstrom jewelry box. Shouldn’t they be packaged on a display card in the box? Pretty unacceptable presentation by Nordstrom, honestly.

cute but flimsy
I loved these earrings. They weren’t too heavy and were comfortable to wear all day. I had them for only a few months and the post broke off of one of them.

So pretty but …
… defective. So disappointed because it’s not the earring style I believed someone tried to manipulate one earring..photo attached, what do you think? Don’t know it was just one earring and it wasn’t package the way my other earrings I’ve purchased from Jenny Bird were. I’m not sure who is inspecting prior to shipping but this is a drag for the consumer to return or exchange :(
