Jennings Skirt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's well represented online. I'm still working on the perfect top to go with it. I ordered the ruffled top it's shown with but that was a disappointment. The ruffles are too stiff so that they stick out and kind of look like you're trying to fly! I hope they'll re- design because it looks so gorgeous online! Petal and Pup is still and always my go-to for beautiful, high fashion looks!
