Cashmere Cocoon Cardigan

This lightweight/quality cashmere sweater is more oversized than most JK oversized items. However, as with most JK items, it is the cut/tailoring that sets it aside and even though it is really oversized, it doesn't add weight or bulk. I'm a size 12 and generally wear a L or XL in JK items. I ordered a L in this item and kinda think a M would be a better fit, but still be slightly oversized. Since the M isn't available, I'm keeping the L. I recommend to size down 1-2 sizes in this item,

I love this sweater. I bought it in both colors. It is so comfortable and goes with everything. I have extremely sensitive skin and this does not bother me at all, unlike some cashmere. Definitely size down. I bought my regular size first and it is very oversized. The size down is still oversized, but just the right amount.

This sweater is absolutely dreamy. It is oversized, slouchy, and yet still has a really flattering cut. It is oversized, but I stayed TTS, because I preferred the fit. I am 5’9”, 165 lbs, and typically wear an 8/28. I think if you are shorter, you could easily size down. When I sized down, the shorter sleeves looked disproportional on my tall figure. This sweater is an investment, but so far, I am impressed with the quality. I purchased the Ivory and think that I will get a lot of wear out of this piece because it is so versatile and comfortable. I went between the cotton and the cashmere option, and I am very happy that I settled on the cashmere cocoon sweater. The cotton just doesn’t feel like it is worth the cost to me. Very impressed and highly recommend if you are looking to invest in this timeless piece.

After seeing all the hype, I purchased the cashmere cocoon cardigan, but I wasn't sure if I would keep it. Well, once it arrived, I understood all the praise for this sweater. I own a pricey cashmere cardigan from J Crew, and that one doesn't even compare to this. This is incredibly soft, warm, and cozy. I expected it to be thicker than it is, but it's still a nice weight. The quality is excellent and worth the price. I worry about excessive pilling due to the softness, but I have a cashmere comb that should help. I ordered my true size, a medium, and I love the oversized fit.

I bought the cashmere cocoon cardigan in xxs (directly from Jenni Kayne since Nordstrom has been sold out in size xxs indefinitely in the heather gray color). This cardigan is incredibly large for a non-petite person (this is seriously a L/XL in normal sizing). I wish the sweater came in a smaller and non oversized style. Overall, this sweater is extremely soft and warm.

Purchased in grey - LOVE the ribbed cashmere, so soft and lightweight but still feels substantial. Generously oversized as another reviewer said so well. Will drape / hang beautifully - it’s gorgeous. Cannot wait to purchase another. Please keep these in stock in multiple colors and sizes! PLEASE.
