Better than the $500 version...
I purchased a couple of styles from Angela Scott at $500 a pair, and they were the heaviest, stiffest, most uncomfortable shoes I have ever tried. I returned those, and found these at an amazing price point and ordered my normal size. I was able to wear them sockless and with a sock with no issues, and I have a wider forefoot (bunions). They have great arch support as well. I did not find them to be overly heavy, but they aren't feather light either. The rubber sole is comfortable to walk in, and required no break in. They look amazing with an ankle length black pant for work or a cuffed jean for the weekend.

Not sized right
Nothing against the store i just dont like the shoes. They were supposed to be size 10 but they feel 2 sizes too small.

A Weighty Woman's Oxford
This is a beautiful shoe, but very heavy. It's most like a man's shoe in look and in eight, but that look is what i wanted, just not the weight, so I had to send it back.

run very large. size down.
these are beautiful shoes, but i was surprised to see that they were considered as running "true to size." these shoes in NO WAY run to true to size. they're huge. i don't think i have ever purchased a pair of shoes, in my size, that i had to return because they practically fell off my feet. i was going to return them for a size 8 but i'm wondering if i should try a 7.5 instead. just wow.

These shoes are EVERYTHING.
I wasn’t sure about these shoes-I’ve never purchased this brand. I’ve been wanting a pair of Oxford brogues for awhile and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. The leather is gorgeous, the shoes are very well made and the sole is non-slip and comfortable. I normally prefer a leather sole on my higher end shoes (I like the sound they make), but these are truly perfect and beautiful. I take between a 6 and a 6.5 and the 6 was perfect with a bit of room. Love, love these. Gorgeous with pants or a wool skirt with tights.

Happy Feet
I pulled these shoes out of the box, put them on and walked out immediately to get into a car taking me to dinner. They are perfect. Completely comfortable, good support, nice spring in the sole, confident step. It felt like they were giving my feet a loving bear hug. The only time I thought about them the rest of the night was when I was thinking how great my feet (and knees when walking) felt. Oh, and btw, caught my reflection in a mirror. They're beautiful. Buy them.

To narrow to put on!
These are super cute looking, but it took EFFORT to get them all the way on my feet. I ordered these in part because of a review from someone saying they have a bunion and the toe-box was still roomy and comfortable. That is not my experience. I think I actually scraped my pinky-toe trying to get these on my feet (wearing very thin socks). Once on, the length was right, but the pressure on my toes and bunion from the narrowness was terrible. Back they go.
